The product is out of stock. When will it be back in stock?

We endeavour to keep all our products in stock. If the product you are looking for is not available, please contact us at info@gripentactical.se and we will usually resolve it within a few days.



Is it possible to order products in other colours/patterns than the ones on the website?

Yes, it is possible to order products in other colours or patterns than the ones on the website! However, please note that the delivery time may be longer as we need to order new material. For special orders there is a fee of 300 SEK. Please contact us at info@gripentactical.se for more information on the process or if you have any questions.



How long is your delivery time?

If the item is in stock, it will be dispatched within a few days. If the item is not in stock, the delivery time is up to 4 weeks. If the delivery is expected to take more than 4 weeks, we will contact you to confirm that you are still interested.



How long do I have the right of return?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means that you have 14 days to request a return from the date you received the item. Please read our full returns policy for all the necessary information.
